OTTAWA -- Terry Horton is on a mission to expose what he sees as a huge injustice after discovering his father missed out on almost $65,000 in Canada Pension Plan benefits over the last two decades.
Horton says he's telling his story because Canadians need to wake up to the bitter reality that with few exceptions, they are entitled to no more than 11 months of retroactive CPP benefits if they apply late, as was the case with his 86-year-old father, Allan.
